A question to those whom know these types of statistics.
Does anybody know the numbers when it comes to the rate of attrition of, let's call it, Director level and up, positions at Starbucks over the last ten years?
I HAVE to believe it's one of the highest in any industry, yet is rarely spoken about. Regardless, says something about the quality of hiring, the mentoring of those whom are hired, and the challenge of maintaining a consistent vision over time. It's the 'other' pink elephant in the room.
