I’m out-of-the-country for a few days. Got some business to do in Copenhagen and some beer drinking to do in Belgium (Brussels, Bruges, and Antwerp). Blogging will be light on Brand Autopsy. However, I will be continuing my “Would You Care” series while I am away from the blog. So until March 26th, the blog is yours. Have at it with your HMOs (hot marketing opinions).
(I am so looking forward to my beer pilgrimage . Belgium is beer Mecca.)
Oh you f%$king bastard! Gaa!!! Bring back some choice brews!

take warm clothing...it's chilly here in Copenhagen :-)

Daria ... sure is chilly in Copenhagen. Like January in Seattle, WA -- only colder and windier. However, the skies are clearing at 11:30 on Sunday morning. Good. I'm about to go tromping about the the city.

John, if you're a real beer lover you have to go to 'brugs beertje' in Bruges. It's an authentic pub with a real big assortment of beers.
Have a nice stay.

Bram ... don't fret, Brugs Beertje is on my list as are a slew of other joints that rate high on BeerAdvocate.com and RateBeer.com. Thanks for the validation of Brugs Beertje.

Just wanted to let someone know how very very very tired I am of hearing Chili's advertise it's "baby back ribs". Am I the only one who feels that there is something somewhat heartless about eating "baby backs"? Yeah, I am a vegetarian, and I never eat meat regardless, but really - baby backs. It's disgusting, and I don't know how people can ignore the reality of how a baby back rib came to be on their plate.
