Blogging will be light on Brand Autopsy this week cause I’m road tripping throughout the Southeast (GA, TN, SC, NC) with a friend from my college days. The only plan we have is to take back roads and hit barbeque joints along the way. However, all won’t be quiet here. I’ve added some new blogs to my blogroll recently and will highlight a few this week.
Having stomped around the South in my youth and as a proud alum of the University of Florida, while in Tennessee you must have catfish. I'll be thinking (envious) of you.

Have a blast, Johnnie! I'll be ready for some southern fried wisdom when you get back!

If you make it to Nashville, check out the barbeque joint that blogging built: http://mothershipbbq.blogspot.com/
Happy trails!

If you pass through Memphis, Corky's wet ribs are the way to go. Stay away from the Rendezvous, overrated! Boy am I jealous...

If you're in the Greensboro vicinity, try Fuzzy's in Madison. Good BBQ and hush puppies. And all the sweet tea you can chug.
