Last week I asked the question … “What are you willing to do today to become more successful tomorrow?”
Steve replied he’s willing to become more patient. Oliver said he is willing to dial up his commitment level. Betsy is willing to risk failure more often. Matt says he is willing to accept the discomfort and trouble that comes with doing things differently. And Daria is willing to spend her energies towards creating new things today to become more successful tomorrow.
Me? What am I willing to do today to become more successful tomorrow?
I’m willing to forgo ego and enlist the help of a ghostwriter to fine tune my TRIBAL KNOWLEDGE manuscript.
Writing this book has moved from being a labor of love to being a labor of labor. It’s hard work … much harder than I had imagined. Throughout this process I have wanted to give up, but I can’t. My ego will not allow me to give up. However, my ego will allow me to ask for help. And that’s what I'm doing by seeking the services of a writing professional to assist me in making TRIBAL KNOWLEDGE: Lessons Learned from Working Inside Starbucks the book it is supposed to be.
Bravo Brother! We all want to see that book :)

Regardless, I'm still willing to bet the house your book will rock. If its anything like your blog, its most likely going to knock many of the other business books out of the park.

The title of this blog post reminded me of a quote I that I thought I would share.
"To get something you've never had you have to be willing to do something you've never done"
