Wal*Mart registers nearly $20,000 profit every minute of every day. Last fiscal year, Wal*Mart recorded profits of $10.3 billion.
$20,000 profit per minute!!!
Astonishing … ain’t it.
For comparison, Target’s profit per minute is $6,084 and Costco’s profit per minute is $1,711.
To say Wal*Mart is a money-making machine would be an understatement.

Yeah, but who *wants* to be at Wal-Mart? Target can be fun, Wal-Mart never is. And does anyone want to admit to shopping at Wal-Mart?

Yeah but ... while consumers may not openly admit shopping at Wal*Mart, their wallets are doing the talking for them.
Now, there ain't nuthin' slouchy about Target's profit per minute. But when compared to Wal*Mart, Target looks like Ozzie Smith and Wal*Mart looks like Barry Bonds.
Wal*Mart's operational efficiency is the cream and the clear of retailing. Their growth has been on steroids for years now. And the side effects of 'union acne' and 'customer pushback acne' are starting to give then major problems.

If you think about it, Wal-Mart only profits 3 cents for ever 100 dollars spent. HAT IS CRAZY!
