For video of Kevin Carroll, you'll need to visit his Washington Speakers Bureau page. Look under the "PREVIEW VIDEO" header in the right-hand column and click.
The links provided below to streaming video of Kevin Carroll delivering a keynote presentation are no longer working. I did a quick search online trying to find working links but found nothing. You should also visit Kevin's website:
Last month Brand Examiner Paul introduced us to Kevin Carroll, former Nike Katalyst and author of Rules of the Red Rubber Ball: Find and Sustain your Life’s Work. (Click here for Paul's post.)
It appears Kevin is now a full-time Katalyst delivering inspiring speeches to business professionals showing them how to use “… the spirit and lessons of play to enliven and enrich their work lives, enhance innovation, and improve team dynamics and interpersonal communication.”
His bio from the Leigh Speaker Bureau reads as follows …
“Kevin Carroll is a masterful storyteller with a tremendous gift for reaching an audience and awakening the inspiration that lies within people and within the organizations for which they work. Kevin’s presentations have been called life-changing experiences that move you to tears, call you to action, and stay with you in profound ways for the rest of your life.”
To sample Kevin’s engaging presentation style for yourself, click on the following video streams.
(Trust me … this is powerful stuff. Kevin is truly a dynamic storyteller.)
Just saw Kevin speak this evening and he's fabulous. Full of great stories.

Wow... Todd Satterson (www.apennyfor.com) gave me the heads-up on Kevin's book, and so I just got it in the mail. The level of thought and design that went into creating it is incredible. It is a book with weight and texture that is a pleasure to hold and page through. And, it's pages are filled with life/biz insight to boot. I'd love to hear him speak.

my dreams come true. Please write or call me at

Just returned from the American Public Works Association Annual meeting where Kevin was a featured speaker and he was GREAT. For the first time ever, I actually bought the book of a motivational speaker. He was the best speaker I have ever heard!

My 17-year old daughter brought your book home from a pep rally, of sorts, from her high school (Patrick Henry, Minneapolis). I read the book while I waiting for my number to be called at the DMV. It was such a great read that I passed it on to my 15-year old son last night. I'm also going to order a few copies for some friends. It's such a great book for all ages.

Hello,
My name is Ilona; you came to speak at my school earlier. It was amazing to listen to your stories. After you left, students were talking non-stop about it. It was the most effective assembly that we have had at Aloha High School. If you are to come back to Aloha, please know that you will be very respected, as well as extremely welcome. I realize that your schedule is very hectic, but I was hoping, if you might consider, that you would be willing to let me acompany you on a job shadow. I am already looking forward to a job shadow with people that you have worked with at NIKE, and I would be honored if you would give me the opportunity to job shadow you.
Thank you for your time in reading this!
Please e-mail me at [email protected]
With care

I've never heard you speak, but my daughter can't stopping talking about the presentation you did at her school. You told me that you captivated the audience. She brought your book home, and I read and passed it on to my son.
I look forward to hearing more from you as you embark upon your speaking career.

Hello,
My name is ahmed; you spoke few a year ago in the assembly at Aloha high school. I was not only amazed by your stories but also the way you grapped people's attention. I still have that "dream" wrist band that you handed out to students and for that I am working on my dream.
Not a lot of people can come from a place where death is common and persue greater education through hardship. I was about to give oup my dream right before hearing your speech. Your stories have inspired me to follow my dream and become a better human being.
I would be honored if you would give me the opportunity to work with you or give me the opportunity to inspire people just like you have. If you have any Internships available just let me know.
thank you for your time reading this.

Hi, my name is Lee-Anne and I have to say I was truly inspired by Kevin's speech at the Vodacom Young Achievers Programme in Johannesburg, South Africa. I was absolutely blown away by this man passion for life and the work he does. What's even more remarkable is that he had to overcome so much at such an early age and look what he has accomplished today! After hearing his stories I was filled with such emotion and for the first time ever I feel inspired and more importantly I know exactly how to go about chasing my dream. It's just a pity I was couldn’t get my hands on one of his books and the red rubber balls. Thanks so much Kevin for that powerful message and please if you could email me that would make my year!
