Clover Brewer video
A friend pointed me to some interesting videos showing the Clover Brewer in action. (Thanks Mr. Garraway.)
Turns out there is a coffee shop in Austin that uses one -- J.P.'s Java. (I feel a field trip coming on.)
If you have no idea why I am blogging this, read this.
The Clover is the next evolution of great coffee in action, Starbucks made the genius move by purchasing Coffee Equipment Co. and all the intelligent property and technology of the Clover. The Clover as you may know is in all the high lofty indie coffee shops across the country which gives Starbucks reverse creditability. I saw this coming a month ago and I think this is the future.
